Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are large and heavy, shipping logistics are a bit more complex than standard packages. To provide you with the best possible value, we subsidize a significant portion of the actual shipping costs, passing only a small, fixed flat rate onto you.

Please review our shipping zones, rates, and policies below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Zones & Rates

We ship to a wide range of countries. Shipping fees are determined by your location and are applied at checkout.

Zone 1: Contiguous United States & European Union (Shipped from Local Warehouses)
To ensure fast and seamless delivery, orders to the contiguous US and the listed EU countries are dispatched directly from our local warehouses.

· Contiguous United States: $9.90

· European Union: $19.90
(Includes: Denmark, Croatia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Austria, Greece, Germany, Italy, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Belgium, France, Poland, Ireland, Sweden, Romania, Finland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia)

· Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 Business Days (This timeframe includes both processing and transit times).

Zone 2: Non-EU Europe, Global & Non-Contiguous U.S.
For countries outside our local warehouse zones, non-EU European countries, and non-contiguous U.S. territories, orders are shipped via premium expedited couriers (such as DHL or FedEx).

· $49.90: Norway, Switzerland.

· $69.90: Malaysia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Iceland, Philippines, South Korea, Australia.

· $89.90: Japan, United Kingdom, Thailand.

· $99.90: Canada.

· Non-Contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.): Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

· Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 7-14 Business Days (Subject to local customs clearance).

2. Duties, Taxes, and Customs (Important)

For Contiguous U.S. & European Union Warehouse Orders:
Great news! Because these orders ship from our local warehouses, they are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all applicable customs duties, tariffs, and VAT are already covered by us. You will not be charged any hidden or extra fees upon delivery.

For Zone 2 Orders (International, Non-EU Europe & Non-Contiguous U.S.):
Orders shipped to these regions are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

· You are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees levied by your local government upon arrival. (For example, customers in Norway and Switzerland will be responsible for their respective national import taxes).

· Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

· Please Note: If a package is returned or abandoned because of unpaid customs fees or refusal to accept the delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any penalty fees from your refund.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

· Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

· When your order ships, we will send you a secondary email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.

4. Shipping Restrictions (No P.O. Boxes)

Due to the size and weight of our products, and the requirements of our courier partners (DHL/FedEx/UPS), we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout to avoid order cancellation or delays.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our heavy items securely. However, if your product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at contact@dartsnut.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Warranty

Replacing Instead of Repairing:

All Dartsnut products are backed by a limited warranty. Please note that we do not offer repair services. If a covered defect occurs within the warranty period, the affected product will be replaced with an equivalent new product.
-European Union (EU): 2-year limited warranty and complimentary technical support.
-Other Regions (including US): 1-year limited warranty.

*Due to the consumable nature of darts and bullets, their warranties are calculated separately from the Pixeldarts device itself. The darts come with a 3-month warranty, while the bullets have a 1-month warranty. Users can purchase additional darts and bullets separately for replacements.

In the case of a covered warranty defect, Dartsnut will, at its discretion:

(A) Replace the product with an equivalent new product;

or

(B) Provide a partial or full refund based on the product's depreciation and usage, in exchange for the return of the product.


Return Shipping for Warranty Claims:
Unless otherwise required by local consumer law, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective item to our designated facility. Dartsnut will cover the shipping costs to send the replacement device back to you.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, or intentional harm. Additionally, the warranty is completely void if the product has been altered, opened, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

Warranty Policy for Replaced Devices:
If your product is replaced, the warranty for the replacement product will start from the date of the replacement. The new warranty period will be either 90 days or the remaining time of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

 

30-day price match policy

We offer a 30-day price match guarantee for purchases made directly on our official store. If you notice a price drop for the exact same item on our official website within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us to request a refund for the price difference.

· Please note: This policy excludes major holiday promotions (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Anniversary Sales), limited-time flash sales, and prices from third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
