  1. For My Dartsnut App issues: Your mobile device model/computer model, operating system version, My Dartsnut App version, detailed description of the issue, and a video if possible.
  2. For game and widget issues: Software version number, detailed description of the issue, and a video if possible.

    *Please note: Our email ticketing system automatically closes tickets if no reply is received for three months. Replies to closed tickets cannot be viewed, so please open a new email ticket for continued support.
